Reference: Beluga whale or White whale (Delphinapterus leucas), is a mammal of the dolphin family, the toothed whales suborder. Males reach 7m. length and 2 tonns of weight, females are smaller. It inhabits the Arctic and Subarctic seas, circumpolar between 50° and 80°N.
