Ivan Kronberg

Being a medical school graduate with a specialization in disaster medicine, Ivan had been serving as a paratrooper and rescuer in the Federal Search and Rescue Directorate of the Air Force, untill he joined the MSU Diving Club in 2000. As a paratrooper and rescuer Ivan performed more than 1000 skydives during rescue operations, carried out in various hot spots of our country. Ivan is an experienced ice diver and a participant of diving expeditions to the North Pole.

Ivan acts as a guide and program manager for a number of diving programs at the White and Barents Seas, organized by "The Arctic Circle" Dive Centre. Ivan has unique skills of diving in the northern seas, he shares his experience eagerly with the beginners and helps tourists to get used to the northern diving conditions. He is an expert in observation of marine life and terrestrial animals in the Arctic, truly loves the North and the sea, and is a good guide not only in diving, but also in various excursions.
